Mark-Allen-Weiss, Addison-Wesley, 2000
Not bad at all. But it's a schoolbook, that's obvious. All the exercises at the end of the chapters is a dead giveaway. And it uses all the old schoolbook examples. It does give you a smooth intro into current C++ STL usage, though. But I must admit it didn't much exite me or teach me anything I didn't know. Except a few things I don't really need to know, actually. (2/2001)
